9099f412 2026-10-27 Update EIP-7906: say where storage-kept nonce changes appear proven+ An address appears in `nonces_changed` when its nonce at the time of the `TXTRACE` call differs from its nonce at transaction start. An account that does not exist counts as having nonce `0`. The table includes `tx.sender` whenever `APPROVE` increments its account nonce in the validation prefix, and also includes any account that executed `CREATE` or `CREATE2` and any contract the transaction created. If a transaction's replay protection is kept in contract storage instead of the account nonce, `APPROVE` writes that storage, and the write appears in `slots_changed` rather than in `nonces_changed`.
